I normally run and do interval training but today I tried something different, Power Plate. Very fun and very fast training that apparently gives very quick results. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time but it’s not been very available here in Sweden. If you also wanna give it a try (I think you should) you can give my PT Gianna a call, 0739 912299, she’s the best!
